I agree that her diet is way too extreme. I have a healthy reiaslonthip with food (too much sometimes hehe) but I believe in having things in moderation and never depriving yourself of anything you crave. If I indulge in dessert or junk food, I will hit the gym an extra day or run on my treadmill for an extra 20 minutes in attempts to balance things out.P.S. I love your sweater. Too cute.
