My personal challenge was when I was carrying a pump, laptop and everything else to work every day. I bought a Tumi rolling bag at Marshall's which was still expensive but it was great: it would fit everything in it and my shoulder wouldn't fall off from all the weight and I still had a free hand to carry my purse separately.
